To all Crossley Coachcraft customers, please stay and read on.
In April 2024 Crossley Coachcraft Ltd ceased trading, this was a decision made by myself for no other reason, but I wished to retire.
After 44 years here at Crossley my time has come to call it a day. This has been an extremely difficult decision to make, not without a tear or two I must admit. But life goes on and I am now looking forwards to the next stage of my life.
You have been brought to his page as an agreement has been made with the lovely folks here at C&S Caravans.
Myself & Peter, Steve and Chris go back over 35 years, long before C&S was established. Through mutual agreement C&S Caravans will take over our customer base and continue to provide the best possible repair and servicing of your pride of joy. To give some customer reassurance, Peter and his son Jack, have joined C&S’s capable team, to carry on that Crossley touch!
It has also been agreed, if you have had a repair carried out that is within the 12-month warranty period from date of invoice, they will investigate any problems or faults relating to that repair in the exact same manner as Crossley’s would. Proof of service history will be required. Please telephone C&S Caravans in the first instance to discuss any concerns.
I wish to thank all the customers that I have met over my working career here at Crossley’s. It has been a privilege to meet and work with you. I have seen your children grow up, vans upgraded, and the odd grey hair appear, disappear in some cases and sadly I have also lost some friends. But I have without doubt loved it and will miss it terribly.
That leaves me to say a massive thank you to all the staff that have given there all for many years. Without you none of this would have been possible.
So, it’s goodbye to the Caravan & Motorhome Repair Industry for me, I leave you in very capable hands here at C&S Caravans.
